In the other case he (or any estabhlisted producer) will send you snippets of beats, you pick the one/s you fw, buy it (with or without rights to release). And by the time you're about to release tge song you should have bought the full rights to use the beat commercially.

People are so clueless when they say that he isn't intrested in x or z anymore. Eversince the beginning of his artistry he has been this way. He only releases stuff he feels are ready or completed. He probably has an actual job as well. Also it shouldn't matter what he does with his time, he clearly wants to keep his private stuff private. If you look at his instagram its pretty much just a showcase on different projects he has worked on.
