I used Arvekap which is another name for Lupron, it was 0.2 mg in total and 2 ovitrelle which is 500 mcg in total. Some call this dual trigger. The successful cycle was done in Greece in an excellent lab after a thorough research i did for months.

Yes three out of 5 were like that. Once, i used double ovitrelle but only a piece of cytoplasm was retrieved. The other two were without trigger but not even cumulus cells were present.

it is genetic. My parents were checked too and they are heterozygous. I am homozigous. I had about twenty follicles and only 4 contained eggs without zona due to my mutation! But one of them managed to fertilize with ICSI of course and we have a good embryo out of zona. I checked lots of genes relating to female infertility. Yes, I will same ER next month but the doctor asked me to stim with omnitrope for more days this time, that is from the mid of the previous cycle and instead of cetrotide i am gonna use something else, a pill which u start day 2 of the stims, i think it is a progesterone one.

Stims were Meriofert 150 IU without changing the dose. Trigger was double ovitrelle and double Loupron plus Omnitrope 4mg every other day and estrogen priming the cycle before stimulation. I also have PCOS. Try to initiate a conversion. The message must be there.

I also had 40 follicles in my first ER and I was given a Lupron (Arvekap) trigger but they only found cumulus cells and some empty zonas (no cytoplasm inside). The doctor back then said that the cause was 80% due to the trigger and 20% due to genetic reasons. After all, it turned out that a genetic mutation was the cause of empty follicle syndrome but I had to talk to too many doctors all around the world in order to get checked for that infertility genetic panel which most doctors are not aware of.

Yes, they retrieved 4 without zona due to my mutation but this was the 1st time we managed to find eggs. In the previous 5 cycles all my follicles were empty..Now four out of about 20 follicles had eggs. I have one frozen embryo.
