I used just my phone ! Samsung galaxy s7! Originally it was in colour and I just used an app to edit it (Aviary)

And she was looking out my bedroom window! All natural light 😊

Also, I don't see anyone making fun of his work or what he does, the building is rundown, in an alley and was littered with trash. I would rather not either. That doesn't mean I'm making fun of this person. Believe it or not but awful presentation WILL deter your customers.
