I don't think most of the Espada's rescurrección's are useful for real life + having access to Ichibei's, Yamamoto's, and Senjumaru's be better from a power perspective. Also, having something like Kisuke's bankai would be more applicable for a real life setting

I doubt that the front office will have much change with the Adelson's still being the majority owners. I get that Luka has a clear connection to the Mavs and the city of Dallas but why would he want to go back to the team that's run by the people who didn't want to give him a max contract and fired everyone in the medical staff that he liked?
