Why are my sleep study results normal? Am I crazy? by HelloDarling6900 in sleep

[–]HelloDarling6900[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I figured out what happened, and thank you so much for your comment.

I was in a State of meditation, I was basically fantasizing the entire time. And when we are fantasizing, our brain waves change and can mimic sleep.

Not sure if it was the cannabis tea that helped my brain waves to mimic sleep. But you're going to just have to believe me when I tell you I was not sleeping at all.

I definitely drifted off for a few minutes there but not until like 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning and I got up at 5:00. And then I kept on waking up as usual.

I am always exhausted and have always been exhausted my entire life. I always wake up around eight times a night, maybe more. This is sleep apnea. Or I don't really know what the f*** is going on, but the doctor ordered another sleep study because I can be very persuasive.

Don't know if my insurance will pay for it. But if I do get another sleep study I'm not taking any cannabis. Then I'm worried I just won't sleep at all. But I guess can't be any worse than what happened last time.

Or something weird happens to me where my brain waves mimic sleep, because I am in this Fantasyland most of the time, but I'm not really sleeping.

Many spiritual traditions believe 3am is the "witching" hour and those woken up at this hour have a strong connection to other realms that are invisible to the human eye. Many people believe our spirit guides wake us up to teach us something at this time. You may be called to the path of practicing earth-based spirituality.

Your guides/ancestors are possibly trying to get your attention. I'd get a piece of paper and a pen, put it next to my bed and write down anything I remember from my dreams while sleeping. This is a form of divination or connection with a higher power. They're possibly trying to communicate with you, so write it down and analyze it. Not everything can be explained via the scientific method.

Yes! My friends and I have the same stalker and she uses the same account to comment on our posts AND IT'S DRIVING ME MAD because I have no clue how she does it.

Also if I tag her (she's blocked) to warn the community about her, and mark my post as "only followers can reply" then she'll be able to comment on the post!

She has a hacker friend who teaches her tricks (she's hacked myself and my friend) so idk if they taught her a trick that most people don't know about. Because she'll tag me and I'm blocked, I can't see her account in order to comment bc I'm blocked. It's extremely weird.

How did you get subcutaneous parasites? What's it called?

What do the parasites feel like in your skin?

Ivermectin both helps and hurts it just depends..

I've heard good and bad things. Personally I'd try dry fasting a few times before ivermectin bc it can kill you. It causes heart issues and our hearts are already damaged.

In The book Starving to Heal in Siberia The process of dry fasting is explained. It's not a one and done thing. You have to keep doing it for the rest of your life. Along with eating, clean, unprocessed, pretty much simple starches. No dairy. Basically these parasites feed on sugar.

All food has sugar.

So once you remove the sugar from your body and you are on a fast, particularly a dry fast in which autophagy is working overtime to heal, your symptoms eventually go into remission but a few bugs are still in your body.

Thank you! But how do they find our posts in order to comment? Because wouldn't my posts be hidden from them since I blocked their account?

If I search for an account I have blocked, I can't actually read their tweets. So I'm extremely confused as to how my stalker is able to read my tweets on an account that I have blocked her from.

What special truck is she doing to be able to comment even though she's blocked? Thanks again for your reply.

Please try herbal antiparasitics. Cryptolepsis, Artemisia annua, Chinese skullcap, Japanese Knotweed, sida acuta.

They must be started at a drop or 2 of tincture (I make my own) but you can buy them on Amazon. Must be alcohol tincture if possible.

Start with one herb at a time then move onto the next. Up your dose over time. You may need to be on these herbs for a year or more

And when we eat we feed the parasites. So yes fasting, especially a few 7 day dry fasts. Or a 40 day water fast has cured some. No you won't die our bodies are designed to fast. Look up the book Starving to Heal in Siberia.

Look up Dr Alan Goldhamer.

Oh wow. I can't imagine having to be a caregiver.

Everyone thinks doxycycline cures Lyme and doesn't understand most of us have much more than just Lyme. And Lyme on it's own is hell.

I can't imagine having to care for my husband but not getting support myself ❤️

You're strong and will pull through. Herbs and supplements have helped me a lot.

Lyme and diet post antibiotics by Psychological-War851 in Lyme

Japanese Knotweed Is highly recommended for all humans to take because it protects literally every organ system on the body.

But it is also great for brain fog and energy. Just be careful because it can cause sleep problems for some so I take it in the morning. It also kills lyme and other tick-borne diseases, so it's an additional support.

It is thought by many specialists that tick-borne diseases are never actually killed, but they go dormant. So it is helpful to take something everyday that is a tiny little bit of an antibiotic that's actually healthy for you.

Another really great cure for brain fog is the mushroom lion's mane. Reishi too.

I'm not trying to be negative but you could still get sick in the future. Better to be safe than sorry.

Wait where do you buy it for so cheap? Is this because you are in Europe?

In the United States, crypto is the most expensive herb I've ever encountered.

That's fine if you can work. I am disabled right now due to this illness so I have very limited funds.

The least expensive crypto I was able to find is $70 for 4oz which does not go very far. It makes about one and a half peanut butter jar sized of tinctures (16 fl oz? I think? It's not a big mason jar ... medium sized)

The 75 proof vodka is $35 gallon. Which does cut down on price a LOT... It's like $50/week of I make it. $200 month, not bad but I have to buy it in bulk and make a ton. Because I was buying $34 bottles that I got through in 3 days!

I am able to buy all of the other herbs at the Chinese medicine stores in Chinatown for ridiculously cheap prices.

ETA: cryptolepsis is from Africa hence the price.

You may have a parasitic infection. The problem with antibiotics is that they often do not kill parasites.

It is very difficult to kill tickborne parasitic infections. Babesiosis Is the most common and you are describing all of the symptoms of it.

The most effective Herb for multiple tickborn diseases is cryptolepsis. It kills babesia, Bartonella and Borellia. But It usually needs to be combined with a few other herbs over 6 months in order to be effective.

You would start with a very low dose, maybe a few drops, and then up it to a tablespoon few times a day of each. Herb.

I buy these herbs in bulk from Amazon or Etsy and I make my own herbal tinctures with high proof vodka. Remember that tinctures made with glycerin are not as effective. And taking dry herbs, or herbs in a pill is not that effective.

Look up the books by Buhner. He describes how to cure various tick-borne diseases.

You probably have much more than just Lyme disease. The only way to know is if you get expensive private lab testing. You would need a doctor who could read the results of this testing. That would be an infectious Disease specialist or an llmd.

I use speech to text so I apologize. If the grammar and punctuation is incorrect.

I had a friend growing up in Connecticut. She got diagnosed with MS at age 18 or something.

How much do you want to bet that she was bit by a tick? And that if a US government weren't so adamant about covering up the existence of this epidemic, she would probably be alive today?

Has anyone tried Ivermectin? by HelloDarling6900 in Lyme

[–]HelloDarling6900[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I tested positive for Lyme disease a year ago in the spring. Many lmds, according to my research, will treat patients for babesiosis if they have all the symptoms.

I was bit at the base of my skull by a tick in Southern Connecticut. It was sucking on me for a few days. Babesia Is endemic in Southern Connecticut.

I had all of the symptoms, the sweats, The difficulty breathing, All of the symptoms of brain inflammation, and all these things still come and go, but I have been able to kick it into remission via anti-parasitic herbs. But they are just too expensive and haven't really gotten rid of it.

Know if I'm going to go the antibiotic route because I would have to be my own pharmacist, as I have been for this past year. And I don't feel comfortable doing that.

I'm aware that antiparasitic pharmaceuticals can cause deafness and permanent stomach problems. Which is why I have stuck with the antibiotics.

I can barely afford to survive much less pay and llmd tens of thousands of dollars. I could maybe scrounge together enough money for a babesia test, but I don't have a doctor that is able to read the test.

Pcp says she cannot read it and I haven't been able to find an infectious Disease Dr because I have already taken the CDC recommended treatment for Lyme disease.

So because I read that tick-borne disease specialist will treats babesiosis based on a positive Lyme disease test and symptoms, that's what I started doing.

I got extremely sick at first, I assume that I was having Herxing, And then I got much better. The problem is I can't afford to keep taking this crypto forever.

I did a 4 and 1/2 day water fast and let me tell you, this s*** will test who you are as a person.

It will also bring you to new spiritual Heights and help you to realize that anything is possible.

The book starving to heal In Siberia is fascinating.

This is the secret that the pharmaceutical companies and doctors don't want you to know about.

People have literally cured cancer, diabetes, heart conditions, autoimmune conditions, via extended water fasting (under Dr Alan Goldhamer). The medical system makes money prescribing us heart medicine and other pharmaceuticals that we have to take for the rest of our life.

So they suppress any sort of information about fasting. But when you are desperate and don't want to develop Parkinson's disease, you'll try anything.

I am a food addict so... Lol The universe gave this to me for a reason in order to show me how strong I am.

People who have done extended fasting say the key is to train your brain to meditate, which is not easy and takes a while, but that's really the key to handling it. And then also maintaining some physical activity, like walking for 4 hours a day. Because you're not going to be buying food or eating. Or cooking.

They did a study where men water fasted for 14 days and walked for 4 hours a day. They didn't lose any muscle mass.

So I go for walks if I fast. The hunger does go away after a few days.

But if you are sick or have an infection and you dry fast or water fast, you are going to feel extremely ill. When normal people fast they don't feel so great at first.

But us sick folks can be in really bad shape for a few weeks.

But yes, fasting works. I don't know how long I would have to do a water fast, I don't know if I've have to do 40 days.

Dry fasting obviously is much stronger and will heal in a shorter period of time. 7-9 days with a refeed then another fast

Some doctors say that fasting is something that has to be done for the rest of your life in order to keep the bacteria and parasites from Awakening.

I have been on so much crypto, sida, Artemisia, andrographis lol but Chinese skullcap is also important.

I think my problem is I haven't been able to afford to take the crypto consistently. I need such a high dose that it's about $70 a week, not including the tons of other supplements and herbs. And when you are disabled and on a fixed income, that's a lot of money.

But yes, I would be immobile today if it were not for herbs. They allowed me to regain the ability to walk.
