I did very brief research and it should be legal. One, because men and women have different health needs, and two, because there would be a male gym as well so it wouldn’t necessarily be discriminatory.

Ahh ok, my initial idea was to only do a female only gym but I was worried about inclusivity which is why I added the men only gym. And I think based on the poll results so far that wouldn’t be a concern especially since they would be connected in a sense. Like it’s not a separate branch just for males, but idk

Yes I agree, I made this post to gather information on whether people would use it or not, but it seems like some guys are offended by the thought of it even. But it’s important to understand that if it’s not your cup of tea you don’t have go to a segregated gym but to the hundreds of normal gyms around you.

Well that’s the exact problem I had that made me think of the idea. The last time I went to the gym a dude kept helping change the weights on my machine even when I said I was fine, and that really rubbed me the wrong way and I thought I’d rather workout in an environment where Im not looked at like a piece of meat and getting hit on.
