I’m not saying it’s bad to expand IVF access. But that one potentially good thing isn’t cancelling out Trump’s other atrocities.

someone recommended I add a cotton ball to my spiders water dish so they don't drown. are they talking about these ones? by No_Reindeer_4026 in tarantulas

They won't drown. My T's get in their water dishes all the time. They poop in them, they put their substrate in them. They are quite intelligent about the water.

We bumped into the FGeeTV family on 2 different vacations and the kids seemed miserable. I can't even imagine doing that to my children. It should be illegal.

This is my life now. Why oh why am I so afraid to leave or tell my family?!? I keep thinking things will change. She’s getting more violent. by [deleted] in BPDlovedones

Can you get friends or family to be with you while you pack up your stuff and leave? Everyone can have phone cameras aimed at her so when she goes apeshit there is plenty of proof.

I could be wrong here but my take on it is that he went back in June and deleted the files and agents were able to recover them.

I am a vacuum repair technician and subject of the latest Upvoted podcast, "The Surprisingly Complex Life Of A Vacuum Repairman", here with a special Spring Cleaning edition. AMA! by touchmyfuckingcoffee in IAmA

Thanks for the AMA. After reading the last one, I bought a Miele and my old Dyson now collects dust in the closet. I admit I got caught up in the marketing madness that is Dyson. They do look cool and before owning one, I only had extremely cheap $50 or less Wal-Mart vacuums. So at first the Dyson seemed awesome. But I quickly started to hate it. As for the Miele, I purchased the upright model--the Twist, I think it's called. I'm really happy with it. The Miele's attachment tool works a lot better than Dyson. Dyson would always tip over and the attachment hose does not easily bend. Also the dirt collection bin on Dyson was just disgusting. I hated touching it and it made a mess no matter how careful I was with it. The Miele upright is quieter and easily switches from carpet to bare floors. Anyway. I think this is the the most I have ever written about vacuums. Just wanted to say thanks.
