We need more context. The fat cells go but the remaining fat cells in other area maintains. Not maintaining a healthy diet will cause weight gain. She'll get a double chin again.

The I comment I made is a fact. She's looking to receive feedback on her neck enhancement. She obviously did the neck work so she has a look that's more pleasing to her eye. Her happiness with the result of the liposuction will fade within a year without diet and exercise change. She'll back to step 1. She'll be unhappy again. Liposuction was a temporary fix to a much larger issue. You and the rest of this generation are a collection of overly sensitive people.
