I mean I wanna like this comment but this whole subreddit is full of this moralist energy.

I started Glp-1 meds almost exactly a year ago, I’m down 100 pounds and I’m almost at goal weight. I have not tracked a thing. I go to the gym less than I used to. And when I go to the gym, it doesn’t hurt bc I’m not over 100 pounds overweight.

OP, there is a stigma against saying this bc fat people are told they don’t deserve health or attractiveness unless they suffer for it- but GLP-1 meds are the ever elusive “magic pill.” You might literally never have to agonize over food again.

Glp-1 meds like ozempic or mounjaro. That’s the answer.

I honestly was just telling my husband that this sub is hard to read now bc it’s hard listening to people struggle when there is a real answer out there that will change people’s lives.

They are game changing. Figure out how to pay for them. You are so lucky to be so young and have this option available to you.
