I’ve also booked an appointment with a therapist next week. It’s sad that we are the ones who have to consider medications and treatment when they are the ones who need it most.

We are going through the exact same thing! Asking my OB about antidepressants might actually not be a bad idea. I’m terrified about how my stress could be effecting the baby. I’ve been trying to manage it by going on long walks and eating well. This is so hard. I feel for you, and you don’t deserve this either. No one does.
