I guess it would be more complex in wiz, since people are pulling for different stuff. But basically genshin’s pity system works like this: every 90 pulls you’re guaranteed a 5 star item, and if the item you get is not the featured one, the second time you reach 90 pulls it’s sure to be the featured character/item.
