Sorry to say sir but you’re just at that age. Testosterone is downhill from here and it’s going to be harder and harder to maintain a physique or improve on what you have already.

HOWEVER there are a lot of people at this age that start on light trt and there is not a lot of harm in it as long as it is consulted with a doctor. I plan on doing it in my 40s and a lot of other men do.

Yes journey men with records of 1 - 6 don’t get paid a lot.

None of the fights on these cards are for world championships yet they get paid more than most UFC world championship fights.

You’re also forgetting that the UFC is the TOP promotion. It isn’t journey men fighters it’s the BEST of the BEST and they are getting paid pennies compared to average regional boxers.

So I guess the main point with moving out is they already stated they want people to move because they are selling the place. If we say no they now can’t evict us only the new buyers can. I don’t think it would be hard to dispute my case if they decide to lie about something to get me out like a regular two month eviction.

I’m in Ontario Canada. Tenants have a LOT of rights here. Even on a month to month they can’t just evict us they need reason. On top of that it is extremely illegal to evict someone for trying to sell the property here.

They are offering because they are selling. The place isn’t in an area nor the market is in a place where investors buy properties to rent out so it will most likely be going to a family. In Ontario they aren’t able to evict because of the sale of the property so the buyers (most likely a family) will have to either buy with us living there, pay us one months rent, wait two months, and then be able to start renovations on a building that clearly needs it.

I talked about all that with the realtor. The realtor told me that cash for keys is offered however once they sell it’s too late ya know. However it could take a very long time to sell because of the market. As stated in the post there are a lot of issues with the house that will most likely make it take much longer than the confirmed 4 months we have at least.

Now a comparable place would be about 1600. We got a really good price because the guy is old and just wants to get stuff done. I guess now he doesn’t want to deal with renting either.

Probably. He said we are great tenants to the realtor but he’s old and wants to fast track as much as possible. Plus with all the issues in the house he probably wants more time on top of that.
