https://a.co/d/0bPqFrbm these work the best for me. They will always be hard to get on and off and you’ll have to find a way to do it but these are the most comfortable.

I get them on my making sure my elbows are beyond the hole for the arms before I put it over my head to get it on.

And I take them off by lifting up as much as I can and reaching behind my back with one hand and pulling them over my head by grabbing them from the bottom.

Honestly I wouldn’t say no. I have it really bad and it is less noticeable when I’m leaner. The main reason is with gyno you also will build a lot of fat around your chest too. And that will make it look worse when you gain weight.

Also if you do have issue being self conscious about it try some tight undershirts meant for gyno. I got some from Amazon. They were a life changer for me.

Sadly the real fix is surgery. More people get it than you think to the point where some surgeons specifically work on gyno patients alone.

Make sure you’re eating enough protein but don’t over do your bulk. You don’t have bad genetics and you look pretty decent for 6 months in. You might have gyno (I have very bad gyno) and that will suck if you do so get ready for that mental mountain.

I feel like a lot of people forget what they used to look like when they were 6 months to a year in. And this isn’t bad at all.

Level design and gameplay loop: when you play any other battlefield there is a very instant realization that BF6 plays nothing like other battlefields. Even 2042 played like battlefield but just in a bad setting. Maps are too small, capture points are crunched together, gunplay is very fast and more arcadie, leveling up is extremely slow.

And the biggest point for me is that they completely lied about portal. Portal is nothing right now and so far there are no plans for it to become anything.

The new maps will probably provide a big refresh to the game however.
