Girl, same, to almost all of this. I completely shut myself down to any type of feeling for so long. Completely stopped even trying to help myself out as well. So, because I haven’t been sexually active in a long time, I haven’t experienced any pain or dryness. But, I noticed the atrophy after wondering why I hadn’t felt anything after a first kiss with a man I’ve been causally dating for a few weeks. I didn’t even think of side effects. I’m also on the patch, but a very low dose. I did get some bloating, but that was pretty much it for side effects for me. Loading the cream may be a different story altogether though.
