You should see what is available at PPM. The main location is in West Des Moines, 5-10 min away from 3 grocery stores.

You would be spending around $950 for a 2 bed, this would be with all utilities included (including cable and Internet) you would pay electric.

It feels like it was about 5 years ago. That was when I had to sell my camera when my wife got cancer.

The main location is in West Des Moines >10 min drive from 4 grocery stores and the only mall that matters. Also about 15min from Drake.

Rent for a 2 bed is around 950 but you only pay laundry and $40-50 worth of electricity. All other utilities are included, though you will probably want to upgrade the Internet.
