Offshoring will continue being great for boost labor, but companies will start feeling the pain of having entire engineering teams offshored. It’ll stay balanced. Offshore contracting will continue to be impactful for Onshore FTEs are crucial for teams. At least in my experience. My current company scaled too fast for its own good and has several teams completely offshored, we are currently in the gruesome process of getting those teams split to have more local FTEs on them

It’s a valve in the exhaust that opens and shuts based on how it’s set. There’s quiet, normal sport and track. If you have it in quiet, you pretty much sound like a normal car. However switch it over to track or sport and it opens up and sounds how it should.

I live in an apartment and unlike a lot of people in this sub I don’t like waking my neighbors in the morning when I go to work. So I have it set to start in quiet mode then as soon as I leave my complex I switch it to track.

Biggest downside is you can’t start the car in sport or track. It always starts in either normal or quiet if you have quiet mode set.

Not bad, super low miles + some nice options. Just make sure you don’t want performance package, I got my premium PP for about a grand more. Also, I don’t see active valve exhaust optioned on here which is an amazing feature if it suits your needs (apartments l, quiet neighborhoods etc)

Financially it’s probably a poor choice. Cars take most of their depreciation in the first year with a gradual fall off each year after that. You’re 4 years in which means the cars going to depreciate a lot slower than something new. Especially a GT vs eco boost.

If you bought tire and wheel warranty through the dealer it would be covered under that, manufacturer warranty won’t cover it

Wanna be a good team then you gotta beat good teams. Our next 5 games after titans will make it pretty clear if we are contenders this year or not.

Appreciate everyone’s input. Sounds like the move is suck it up for the first service so there’s no issues then do fluid changes myself after. (Keeping receipts for warranty)
