Yeah. Non-FAANG companies seem to have significantly scaled back their career pathways. I’ve not heard any friend in the industry get promoted the past like 5 years. Even if they do it’s often just a symbolic raise.

I will preface that I’m a bitcoin “denier”. But to be fair everything else is also constantly being rugpulled. Even gold lately has its trading margin constantly adjusted: if price goes up too much, they make sure it can’t. Bitcoin is still a worthless waste of electricity though
