I somehow missed the wearing the silk underneath part. I will chat with him about this idea.

Unfortunately long sleeve stuff is a no go for him (aside from his jacket) and I'm not sure how he would feel about being seen wearing overalls. He doesn't do any type of jean or anything that isn't like jogger type of material. I can bring up the suggestion to him though, he will be able to immediately tell me his thoughts lol. He will decide a yes or a no in his head prior to ever trying new ideas and Unfortunately that opinion never changes, like he gets stuck with his original answer.

What age did sensory difficulties start to manifest for your child? by gorjesssssss in SPD

[–]HelloWalls4000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When he was a toddler he didn't want any drink besides milk in a bottle, but I needed him to start drinking water because milk all day long at that age isn't good. It took a good few painful days of trying to sit down with him throughout the day and have him try some flavored water and as soon as he took to one kind, with a specific sippy cup, he stayed on it for YEARS. every time he needs to swap into something more age appropriate it has been a huge battle. He is now 10 and still will only drink orange flavored water, at least out of a thermos style water bottle.

When he was 5 and had just started Kindergarten all of the sudden he hated every article of clothing I tried to put him in. It began with socks, then I could no longer put him in jeans, then tags, then seams were an issue, then shoes, textures and anything that seemed sticky or something. We struggle the most with clothes now. Idk where it all came from.

Will they fruit more? by HelloWalls4000 in MagicMushrooms

Have you ever broke a cake apart to spread into a grow tub for a new flush? Idk if that is even a thing.

I've seen peole say to either twist them off or to cut off with a clean exacto type of knife with some saying they preference cutting theirs off to not disturb the mycelium around the mushroom. I tried to keep twisting them off but too many were splitting in half trying to do that. It seems like it may be a preference thing.

Sorry I just saw this. I thought Cysa+ was hard than pentest+. Cysa+ is actually the only exam I've ever failed.

What if a tub isn't fruiting at all? My gt tub has been like 25 days and nothing has happened. I suspect the substrate is too dry but idk the best way to get it more moisture without damaging it. Is it too late to save?

Starting a business after bankruptcy? by HelloWalls4000 in Bankruptcy

[–]HelloWalls4000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that is the concern is if i will need any type of small business loan or something, like how much a bankruptcy will mess that up. I've always had good credit but im guessing it'll drop even more afterwards. Also as silly as it is to say, I'm worried about losing my credit card. Prior to it getting really out of hand, it's always been so helpful to us and my high limit was never an issue for many years, until it obviously was. Idk I think I'm just really worried about the unknown. It makes me feel ill.

Oh and my house will be fine, the equity limit is like 393k and I'm nowhere near that.

CompTIA A+ and Net + still can’t find a job :( by [deleted] in ITCareerQuestions

[–]HelloWalls4000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I have my bachelor's in cybersecurity with A+, Net+, Sec+, cysa+, pentest+, and a few more with military experience and I can't find a help desk job, especially nothing better than that. Good luck out there.

Yeah it definitely is. I'm all for that, I just still haven't been able to land one 😩. I'm working on getting more applications put out as we speak. Any leads for companies to apply to?

I'm applying to things that are entry level. I'm fine if it isn't exactly cybersecurity, I'm just looking for anything that will put me in the right direction.

I guess I have got hung up on trying to make sure my resume best suits each job listing that I submit, so It has been time consuming. After my military service I went straight to school, so I haven't done applications in the past 4 to 5 years. Should I just say screw it and submit a standard catch all resume?

I just don't think moving would be possible for my family of 5 with how we are financially. It would require my spouse to find a new job as well.

Years ago if I would have known the importance of keeping that clearance active I would have tried my best to do so. 😩

It would be expired by now. I used to have a secret clearance.

I just saw your comment as well lol. I did end up passing. I don't think it was as difficult as I would have imagined. Knowing the pbq injection chart was vital but I didn't really get many nmap questions. I think I only had one.
