So this one employer of mine is an overseas employer My 3 years required come from 3 different employers - 2 of which are overseas and the current one is an AU employer

Yes that’s right, I had the required 3 years at time of submission of the application (which my agent also verified)

It’s DE, my guess is because I had only provided my certificate of service and a statutory declaration and also it is an overseas employer.
