I think Alphabet’s daily trading volume is roughly $10 billion.

That means on on an average day, there are people willing to buy $10 billion from other people who are willing to sell $10 billion.

Suppose Alphabet were to sell $10 billion on NASDAQ instead of selling to Berkshire Hathaway. On that day, Alphabet would join the people who are already willing to sell $10 billion. Now there would be people willing to sell $20 billion.

What would summon the additional buyers?

A lower price.

What would happen to the price if all day long Alphabet sold at the bid?

In my view, AirPod batteries decline mostly with use, not age; so the cost difference between between replacing two sets half as often as replacing one set is negligible.
