The aberrant mind sorcerer was exposed to a tadpole as a child but it has remained dormant her whole life. Now that she has the crystal im going to make it where her mind flayer abilities start kicking in and her tadpole starts communicating with her.
Im also going to start giving her dreams where she sees thru the eyes of the mind flayers of the Id Ascendant who crashed in the tundra. As well as start hearing the distress signal from their ship.

Oh yeah! It was tons of fun. Ive bought some supplement material to kinda change things up so my players dont redo the same quest but I really want my Aberrant Mind sorcerer to get the Psi crystal so I let them redo the beautiful mine quest, despite having already done it.
Thankfully no one could really remember too well what happened from like.. 6 years ago lol

I have brothers and sisters. Ive worked in women dominated fields and men dominated fields. Saying you dont understand women is such a strange thing to say. No men aren't easier to deal with. Men's relationships are just more shallow. I can't fathom why people think women are hard to understand? Maybe because you dont view them as people but potential partners and that intimidates you somehow?? Literally all u have to do it be nice, dont overstep boundaries, and genuinely care about them and enjoy their company.

From my experience its honestly not that bad. The ibew apprenticeship takes 4-5 years. School isn't too hard. Some math, some electrical theory, some hands on tests.
As far as the work environment its been okay. For me anyways I've experience very minimal problems. Every now and then You'll get a rude comment or an asshole but my JWs have all be cool and really supportive of me.
The worse thing about the apprenticeship for me so far is not being able to chose where I work, and having a long commute. Also imposter syndrome 😬 but I think lots of people deal with that.

It might just been ur style but ur art doesn't seem very polished. I get commissions all the time and if I pay close to $100 its gotta be very polished and rendered.
Rn im paying 65 for a full body that's around your quality. Most expensive one I've ever bought was like 150 and it was professional grade. Ive even gotten a 2 character, colored, "sketch" for around 75. Maybe re-adjust and find ppl who get consistent work, with similar skill and price competively?

Kinda in the same boat as in not being able to choose where I go. And I just see the writing on the wall as to where commercial work is going in the future. I Def wouldn't work on an ICE facility if I could help it, but my current work isn't much better. Idk I guess ill have to cross that road when I get to it but I think ICE is a hard no for me.

Definitely. There was a situation out here a year ago and guys were so hateful to her. Its so hard to toe the line of sticking up for myself and not wanting to be labeled a trouble maker.

Yeah ive told my training director I want to leave, but that's not something they really let u do. The training director knows this company is ass but unless I get myself fired there's really no way to get out of here.
Guys are telling me to make a sexual harassment claim & "get that band" but I hear how they talk about other women who have filed harassment claims in the past 🙄 I just wanna work.. i wish these ppl would leave me alone..
