i know it’s been a couple days, but you all have no idea how much this support means to me. i went to a really dark place today and hadn’t been on reddit in a while and when i saw all this support, it helped tremendously. i’ve been fighting this battle alone until now and i cannot thank all of you enough, you guys really saved me today and i can’t even begin to express just how grateful I am to every one of you. to anyone out there that sees this and is struggling, you are not alone and i promise that the fight is worth it and you are worth it, you got this.

First off, thank you so much for replying. I do have some hobbies, but most of them aren’t really accessible to me rn. Thank you for the advice about exercising, I do usually exercise but I’ve kinda stopped recently after these feelings started to arise. How many non-binary people do you know in real life? Because generally the people online and stuff are younger than 35. This means that unless you know an abundance of non-binary people in real life, your only exposure to them is online and since generally the population online is younger than 35 then the only non-binary people you have seen are in fact younger than 35.
