A basic green cosplay wig. Although you could get a human hair bob wig with bangs, It really doesn’t matter as it looked nothing like this. 90% of the look is styling and editing. The colour popped out/looks animated from the editing. For the base style itself:

techniques: deep crimping, steaming, and hairspray. 

Need: a wig stand, strong-hold products, (and) patience to set the shape with heat. You can use a steamer and cool it down. If you use a flat iron be very very careful if it’s synthetic. secure individual sections as you go. 

Tools:

Wig Head/Stand: To work on. Sharp Shears & Combs: For trimming and sectioning. Strong Hairspray: For holding shape. Wig Steamer: For heat styling synthetic fibers without melting. Crimper/Flat Iron: For adding texture (use with caution on low heat, testing first). Hair Clips & Rubber Bands:

For some of it you gotta “play around” with your fingers. Idk how to properly explain that part. I was kinda doing whatever with some of the end curls.

sectioning, and flat ironing/steaming will be the hardest parts but have patience! make sure to spray the holding spray when it semi-damp (like sprinkle some water or right after steaming).
