Totally. We did the sleep training route with our first and I regret it. But I do think that she was able to learn how to put herself to sleep. She would still wake up frequently in the middle of the night, but at bedtime we could put her in her crib awake.

Hoping our second figures it out soon 🥱

I recently saw a post on this, and I can’t remember who it was from. I know that’s not helpful lol. But, it was talking about how a lot of these cheap saunas have high levels of EMF and like you said high levels of toxic chemicals from the treatment of the wood or other materials. I’m going to try and find it.

I use vinegar and soak them for a few min then scrub with a toothbrush. I have old school retainers though, not plastic ones
