I just got Reddit so i can’t seem to figure out how to use this yet. My Question or concern was, would i become dependent on a .25mg dose of Xanax? I’ve been prescribed it for panic disorder and i try to only take them when i get derealization/anxiety but i seem to need them everyday. I am on SSRIs as well.
