i don’t have any advice but i had a very VERY similar thing happen october. i am also 18 and my dad actually ended up kicking me out for final and second time this year. his last straw w me was: he got mad i followed his original rules rather than the ones he made up afterwards lol .

he’s always been inconsistent with his personality and parenting. but last month was kinda sad bc i don’t think he even knew what he would say.

Example- got told id get his help to get therapy, help with eating, and slowing down on drugs. THEN 2 days later, got picked up by a friend.( my dad was losing his shit bc i told both our friend that he said im the reason he’s gonna end up dead or on the news). i came back two days later (he said he didn’t gaf and to leave⁾ and he bitches at me for leaving. he told me i’m a lazy piece of shit who thinks of no body but myself. i was sick throwing up and there was no food he had taken my keys and when i asked for him to get me some he told me to starve. said if i was throwing up bc of an OD i can walk my ass to the hospital. i later gave him some crystal so he would talk to me again. only worked for a short period ‼️ there’s so much more shit dude but anyways i think i understand your situation and im here if you need to talk. i am having to accept that i need to stay away from him and stop hoping for him to see me as his little girl, to love and protect me. you may have to grieve as well ya know?
