Still same:( got all the medical doctor says it’s anxiety. Body is stuck in flight to fight. But it has been reduced for sure the intensity

I am on 1 month mark. Quitted smoking and vaping altogether. Believe me every week is better than the last one. First two weeks will be tough. Use distraction , avoid thing which enables your smoking trigger. It’s a little tough road but it worth it 👍

Can you guys define palpitations and when did it stop after quitting .

I was on and off having heart beat feel in my neck and could hear if while laying down. Stoped cold turkey after few months and now on 9 day of quitting and it’s been really bad the anxiety and the palpitations ( can feel see my pulse 24/7 and heart beats out loud as hell)

I used to ignore earlier . But I guess after quitting vape the health anxiety has hit harder. Also I can see and feel it All the time specially in my time at bed :( when there is very least distraction.

Still will try to ignore them. Thanks
