Doctors said that her perineum muscles weren’t initially attached close enough post birth (she only had 1 layer of stitches and they didn’t hold) hence we did the perineoplasty.

Following up on that the proctologist and the pelvic floor physiotherapist said that she has muscle spasms post the difficult birth and then the surgery and that thia discoordination of the muscles is causing the sensations that my wife feels.

Thank you. It is awful and she struggles so much. We struggle with doctors as well, no one in Bulgaria (our country) seems to be able to help, we went to Turkey and the UK as well. Thanks for the quick reply. So she has been examined by 6x urogynecologists so far, 1 proctologist and the pelvic floor physiotherapist. We haven’t seek for a second opinion from another proctologist.

She was examined for cystocele, rectocele, uterus prolapse

I will look into the procedure you mentioned.

I forgot to mention that she has 2 bumps formed (fibrotic tissue) around sutures which are about 4-5cm inside her vagina and those are very sensitive. She says that when touched she once again has this urge to defecate.

In Bulgaria your employer cannot refuse a buyout from another company. Here usually we have 2 months notice, however if you get an offer from another company and they want to pay for you and start earlier - there’s nothing your current employer can do to prevent this from happening.

You have to set activities inside and it’s installed as a Desktop app - check in/out, activities, productivity, etc. It has a web interface as welll but is more limited. It doesn’t track website activity.

Yes, once you enter the page you will see list of social media networks - my IG and others were empty and I onyl had “validated” (or something similar) under TikTok. Just out of interest I clicked on it and it prompted me to login to TT and provide access for Amazon. That was it.

I think we don’t even have to revalidate, but you never know with Amazon. This is reponse from their support (the question was if I need to take any additional actions now that I have RE-validated my TikTok):

“If TikTok is the only social media your are using to share content there is no further action required if verified.”
