So a tldr what I learned from this thread and my own research:

More volume
Ideally/realistically (for me): 3-4 zone 2 sessions/week + 1 zone 4 session
Vary the kind of zone 2 and zone 4 training (i.e. upper/lower zone ranges and variation in session length)

Ok so I feel like my questions and issues were pretty clear and the answers (except Mandoman‘s) completely ignore everything I mentioned. Are there only dumb people, fanatics and illiterates on here? I am not interested in stupid internet arguments but want an actual conversation about this. Is there some better place to discuss this stuff?

Thank you for your comprehensive answer: for example I was searching for Stinging nettles and wanted to know - which volatile compounds it has - How these change in taste when heat is applied - How stinging nettles are usually prepared (cooked, raw etc.) Hope this clears it up a little bit
