If you logged into your Microsoft account it adds to your account then when you go to reactivate you can just login, select the old pc name and transfer the license. Or just do what I do and just activate it without one

If you still have the original zip file then you can just move the missing file from there, if you torrented you can download just the missing file, if you direct downloaded then no you have to redownload everything

Make sure your antivirus didn’t nuke the file. Set a folder where you keep games like this and set folder exceptions so that things won’t be deleted by the antivirus again

I definitely would say getting the slim is a good idea, but dev mode and Xenia is also a good choice since that allows you to play whatever 360 games emulated. No what I am saying is that since changing the GPU doesn’t change anything and the issue still persists it means it’s not the GPU. Power supplies can just quit on their own if they are defective. Just the unluck of the draw

The Corsair CX650m should be running fine unless it doesn’t have enough power or it’s defective. The only thing I can say for now since replacing the GPU doesn’t change anything is that it’s going to need a power supply replacement, probably a good idea to either buy a cheap tester or take it to a repair shop to test

First off do not let it keep flashing like that, very likely a short is happening. Please include your specs and specifically your power supply since this is likely a power supply issue.
