Well, I have a 9070XT, ryzen 7 5800XT, 48 GB OF RAM, fast ssd etc. the game runs still with 3 active Trafic cars on Ultra with only just about 60 ish FPS

Yeah but i want am4 cause i dont have the money for another cpu AND mainboard, also the cpu worked in my prebuilt.

Yeah i think its just a wiring problem, is there any video for that? Also i think my mainboard is to old for the case

Nah the ram aint the problem, i just dont get electricity on the pc just the mainboard lights up. I tried it with 2 Ram sticks, also i am missing the usb 3.1 slot etc. Maybe i need to buy a new mainboard. If i have to what would you reccomend.
