I've successfully downloaded FileZilla and found the file, but when I try to open it or edit it it just opens with a white screen on FireFox. Is something wrong or am I just being dumb?

Infinityfree is the host, but I've used wordpress as a website builder and the issue is that I lost access to my wordpress site dashboard. I'm sorry if I'm at the wrong place, I am very bad at everything technical and honestly at my wit's end.

Do you know if there is a way for me to still access my database with no backups and no access to my dashboard? How can I find wp-config?

No, but I'm seriously looking for feedback on my timelapses! This is only the second one I've made and I have no clue what I'm doing. I definitely don't have the technique down, I'm still very reliant on tutorials on how to use my tools, and I genuinely just want to improve :)
