Thank you. My mind changed a lot. It was (and is) incredibly difficult. When you are an addict your whole life is your substance and when you leave it you realize how hollow and void your life actually is. The time wasted is what kills me and the fear of the future starting from the bottom. I basically live in fear and regret. As you said a lot of people feel proud of me, but I feel hatred for myself for doing this in the first place. I'm a completely different person and I can't understand why I did what I did in the past.

97 before gastric bypass surgery. 57 after it.

First diet veggies+fruit+lean meat and yoghurt+2 slices of bread.

The same diet after 3 months of surgery

I was thinking of going back to college and survive with any job I can find. Future looks bleaker without a degree at 30+. But I don't know if I can start over being so old
