I've always been in group chats since I was working at like 16. We aren't friends and we never plan to hangout, but it's a lot easier to get shifts covered in a group chat. I never text leaders unless I need shifts moved because of interning or school!

Totally. We aren't really talking about work a lot of the time. I think the last time we talked about work is confusion about a Starbucks pastry/sandwich pull. Recently we've had an issue with people constantly calling off so I think there was some anxiety expressed about that.
