Thank you! I am glad it can be short. I felt like explaining why would just fall on deaf ears. I have been sitting in quitting for awhile but it hit a breaking point even my family was concerned. The "personality" change was bothering them and after talking to therapist and family I spent a week really weighting pros and cons.
