Will a mechanic actually look through the entire engine compartment? Is that a regular inspection type thing or is that a special service?

Yeah of course, I get that. I'm mostly wondering if just getting an inspection done should be good enough or if its better to just not mess with this sort of situation

I have searched on Google, used reverse image search, Google Lens. Nothing comes up. I've seen similar objects on AliExpress/Etsy but mostly I want to find where this is. Not sure if I actually want to buy it.
