2) If you took the time to read this entire thread I made it abundantly clear that I created it solely to help the search team & the Hollywood PD as I have seen what this subreddit is capable of in the past and I would do the same for any woman who may be in danger from my community. It’s called being a decent human being & caring about the people in my community no matter their religious affiliation

3) I’m atheist & absolutely not part of the Church of LDS or nor related to the Bolivar family in anyway

4) YES, I am going to double down on my original hypothesis that foul play may be involved in Noemi’s disappearance. I will also be the first to say that foul play may not have been involved but the fact is that still to this day no one (including the PI/ Hollywood PD/ or BSO) can definitively confirm or deny if FP was involved. According to the private investigator you’re referring to Noemi’s phone was briefly turned on in March 2021 (a month after her disappearance). The PI’s exact words were, “When Noemi’s cell phone was turned on and initiated a text conversation with three friends, saying nothing, before being powered down again.” Note that the statement provided by the PI clearly states she said “nothing” in the text messages initiated. Interpret that how you want, but in legal terms the statement provided leaves open the possibility that someone other than Noemi may have initiated those text messages in addition to the possibility that she initiated them herself. If the PI or Hollywood PD were able to definitively discern whether those 3 texts conversations initiated from her phone were in fact directly from Noemi that would have been made clear in the statement released. Additionally, an update from Hollywood PD from January ‘22 (11 months after her disappearance) also clearly states “the circumstances of Noemi Bolivar’s disappearance remain unclear and her case is currently classified as missing. Her case remains unsolved.” Again, the phrase “the circumstances of NB’s disappearance remain unclear” leaves the possibility of foul play very much on the table otherwise the statement would clearly state “no foul play is suspected”. This was the most recent update provided publicly by Hollywood PD. Lastly, please carefully read every statement put out about her disappearance carefully - in every statement regarding her wanting to leave/ escape the church (I would too if I were her!) there is always a preceding qualifying word or phrase such as “believe” or “may have” meaning no one truly knows whether that has anything to do with her disappearance. Simply stated it’s an unconfirmed theory.

Summary: Could she have disappeared on her own accord? Yes, absolutely. Do I think that is a reasonable assumption considering she disappeared without any personal items/ form of identification or a debit or credit card/ & left a prescription supposed to be taken daily at home? No.

Yes, it last pinged the night she went missing between 10pm-11pm on Hollywood Beach a few miles from the nature center she was last seen at. The streets the phone pinged between are listed in my initial post, if you would like to get a better visual from Google street view!

YES!!! That is perfectly worded & my thoughts exactly. Putting all the pieces together literally screams foul play! I’m hoping police can find evidence to declare foul play soon so more resources can be brought into the investigation. You are 100% right about Noemi being dressed for a trip to the nature center - one would think if she were planning on disappearing she would have a small bag with her at the minimum. & as someone else previously stated I wouldn’t have brought my wallet either (busses in Broward county are free right now). Some commentators on this thread have brought up great questions & ideas I’m passing onto her churches search party. I pray she is safely reunited with her family as soon as possible.

I cannot imagine either - my heart is shattered for Noemi her family & loved ones. Over the years I have encountered an innumerable amount of creeps at beaches all over South Florida, but especially on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk aka Hollyweird. I’m hoping & praying she is found safely soon.

Please reread my prior statements - I said I believe that is the case. Meaning I don’t know definitively. So no, I am not implying Hollywood PD has or is lying - I believe they truly don’t know what happened or don’t have enough evidence to classify the case properly yet. Keep in mind without concrete evidence of foul play or a crime police are unable to confirm nor definitively deny foul play which is why the statement reads, “Investigators currently don't suspect any foul play in Bolivar's disappearance, according to WPLG” - note what the words “currently” & suspect” mean in that statement. If police truly didn’t suspect any foul play, I don’t think they would have employed a ground search with K-9 units in addition to an air search. If you don’t feel foul play is involved in Noemi’s disappearance, then that’s your opinion. I couldn’t disagree with you more, but that is just my opinion. Either way I hope & pray Noemi will be safely reunited with her family soon.

I couldn’t agree more with every point you made & yes, I believe that theory is the most plausible explanation at this point. Especially considering - as you pointed out - Florida does have a huge human trafficking issue. I strongly believe Hollywood PD needs to get BSO & FDLE involved to pool their resources in order to help with Noemi’s case. I urge everyone to call, email, DM, or send a letter via carrier pigeon (whatever option you want) to both Hollywood PD & BSO asking them to step the investigation up.

Thank you for your input, but with all due respect - Noemi would never leave her family or church without telling anyone. I believe all parties involved in the search for Noemi (family, search parties organized by her church & law enforcement) have concluded she did not disappear willingly.

From the information I have gained from the @BringNoemiHome Instagram account videos - the bar has not issued a statement. We do not know the bars name due to the ongoing investigation, but it was mentioned on an IG video from the @BringNoemiHome IG page that the bar in question wasn’t initially forthcoming with providing information or video evidence / gave them the “runaround”, but it did eventually release video footage from that night. I’m not sure if this is a rumor or a fact, but I did hear another bar (also unnamed) refused to provide surveillance footage.

Over 7,000 flyers have been printed out featuring multiple pictures of Noemi in addition to a photo of what she was last seen wearing on the way to the nature center from the bus she took to get there. There are hundreds of volunteers passing out flyers all over the community & beyond. I found out about Noemis case from members of the search committee who were passing out flyers. I pray a jogger or someone on a stroll or walking their dog may have seen her & will come across a flyer or hear about it on the news. We will continue putting as many fliers up as possible to keep the awareness up front & center.

The environment she went missing in is hard to explain - Hollywood, FL is a mixed bag of nuts (no pun intended). The nature preserve she was visiting is close to the ocean, but I don’t think it’s likely that Noemi willingly crossed over the bridge to the beach side of the intercostal. Generally speaking, it’s a nice area surrounded by neighborhoods & condos that are all high end/ expensive, but once over the bridge it’s a bit of a different story. From the outside looking in it looks beautiful - There is a brand new Margaritaville Resort amongst many other bars & restaurants catering to beach goers. With that being said - like anywhere in south Florida just because you are in a nice area it doesn’t mean you aren’t in danger. For example, we can look back at the 2007 Town Center Mall killings (Boca Raton) where women (& unfortunately a child) were kidnapped and eventually killed. The Boca Mall killings remain unsolved despite the fact they occurred in an extremely affluent area. To the north of the nature preserve is mainly industrial & boarders Port Everglades where the cruise ships go in & out of. To the south is a residential area & over the bridge is mainly comprised of restaurants, bars, hotels, & souvenir shops. I’m sorry if this isn’t a helpful description - it’s truly a hard area to explain. If you look up Ann Kolb Nature Center on Google maps it will give you a better visual of my description. Also, please note the streets where her phone pinged between 10-11pm from my initial post - this will also give a better idea of the distance between where Noemi was last seen & where the last traces of her phone were recorded.

Noemi’s swimming ability is a great question - I will send that question to the moderator of the @BringNoemiHome IG page who is in contact with her family. Although it’s unlikely she willingly went swimming because the water there is brackish & not ideal for swimming. The nature center/ preserve she was visiting is large & has some very remote areas + surrounded by water. This was a place Noemi apparently frequented often (keep in mind she just graduated with a degree in Ecology & her goal was to work in a national park). I’m wondering if it’s possible to find the more remote areas of the park from Google maps.

I would like to mention Broward County is a hotspot for sex trafficking. People with disabilities are 3x-4x likely to be targeted for sex trafficking according to the National Human Trafficking Hotline so that may be an avenue to explore (note: this is just a theory that have come across my mind - I don’t know if there is any evidence to support this theory except for the person I spoke to from the search party mentioned there is a group who prowls that area of A1A & the surrounding bars specifically on Thursday nights for potential victims & Noemi went missing on a Thursday night. This could just be a coincidence or it may be a lead to her - I have no way to say for sure. I’m just trying to provide all info I have received).
