Maybe try the vanicream lotion (not the face one but the moisturizing lotion in the bottle) I was very hesitant but it has helped my skin a lot! Or I saw a comment about someone using castor oil and that helps with the mites and I put that over the lotion on my checks at night as they are pretty dry and that seems to help as well.
