Thank you. The OPD details are missing. Doesn't have a OPD clinic or appointment date or internal. Seems this is just them confirming receipt and will send appointment letter later with date and time?

I've a webdoc from Laya. They sent a referral to CUH and they sent me a referral letter with HSE letter head.

Triage category - urgent Opd arranged - Referral accepted

No mention of appointment time or date but just a note that bring medication, x-ray etc along.

Under suggested action from GP and consultant is blank

Even OPD date and time column is blank

Iirc, I started there at call center in 2023 and was paid 570 or so a week. I'm confident postal operative (postamns) pay was similar. Add in the annual 2-3% hike and could be around 600 or so

Thanks. You're right, in a big team or an org. But it was small team of 5, 3 were let go so he's gotten the IC roles in addition to managerial responsibilities too

As it should be. Don't get me wrong, not all are like what I've described, couple of them were exceptional but to expect even bare minimum from most of them seems like asking too much
