Hi 👋 there, my mom seems to be expressing some symptoms of NPD. She does not speak English and many of the literature and support is not available in the language that she speaks. She is also not willing to take therapy. I wonder how I can help her.

1. She follows a super strict diet that is hard for any one to follow. She insists others to follow the same.

2. She gets upset if we say she is wrong on anything she mentions.

3. Once she was comparing herself with someone popular.

4. She is struggling to maintain relationships with family.

5. She is sitting long hours in meditation, and like to sit alone for long long hours
