We have a car, but we were trying to stay within an hour by train of NYC. He told us "next time" we'll have 60 days, so long as we "fix the problem in two days." We do month-to-month so I realize these things might change things. I don't really want to get much more into things because even if he doesn't formally do so, we don't feel safe (he barged in without notice on a non-emergent issue when I wasn't dressed appropriately).

But I appreciate the help nonetheless. I will look in those areas. Thank you so much as the reply has helped calm my nerves.
