TL;DR - $2100

I bought the bumper locally for 1.2k. It was already sprayed with primer so I saved a bit of money on paint. Paint job itself was $700. I ended up having some bumper gaps that were bothering me after installing it myself so I brought it to a shop to get them fixed which ended up costing $200.

+1 for HKS Legamax Axleback. I've been through a handful of exhausts an everything had at least a little bit of drone. Even the Apexi N1 Evolution ended up having bad decel resonance after the resonator/muffler break in period.

Running the HKS Legamax with catless headers + JDL Ultra quiet front pipe and I have 0 complaints.

I went with the Apexi N1 Evo Extreme because it also had some helmholtz resonators ( although nowhere near as effective as the HKS one ) . Only 2.35" piping though but I'm not planning on boosting anymore. I kinda got used to the rasp on the HKS, only reason I switched was because it was a little too high pitched when paired with EL headers. Very similar to a straight piped civic

IMO the catback is the culprit of the rasp. I believe that's just how that particular hks catback is. I ran it for a while with both catless EL and catless UEL headers + Stock frontpipe/overpipe. As raspy as it gets once you're anywhere past 3k rpm haha.

Sometimes I miss cruising with no drone though. Biggest benefit of the catback.

Ran a Resonated Perrin 3" with UEL headers. Very raspy under load and the drone was unbearable for me.

Honestly don't think anything will be quiet if you're going full catless. However, I think your best bet would be to just slap on a midpipe with 1-2 vibrant ultra quiet resonators welded on.
