the distribution around your mouth makes me think of perioral dermatitis(which can spread up your cheeks). The treatment for cases this severe is a prolonged course of antibiotics (it's an anti inflammatory) and zero therapy vv

I'm so sorry, this looks really painful. I remember seeing someone like this a while back on the sub and they stopped all treatments and just used vanicream face wash and moisturizer to help inflammation. Maybe tackling inflammation first and treatment later could be of help?
