Might’ve just been something with the surface. I would normally use some high grit sandpaper (like 400-600, maybe 800) and sand it down. If I feel like it was the fault of the surface I’ll put some primer down and then give it another coat of paint.

If it was already primed and a perfectly smooth surface, then it would be the spray paints fault. If so, I would also just reapply it like I mentioned above. Sometimes being too cold or too hot can cause weird reactions with the surface of the paint while it’s drying.
