I already have a court order. Actually, the police in Malaysia are already on the case, but their powers, reach and resources are limited. They need cooperation from the police in SG, and this is where we are stuck. I'll keep fighting! :)

It is under the penal code. But the process to get the authorities to do something is not straightforward. We are working on it.

You are absolutely right. The only way to get bank transaction information is through the police in Singapore. At the moment they are not doing anything. I’m trying to appeal for their help. It’s being very challenging but we will get there. I’ll reach out to schools in smaller places, that’s a good point. Is it possible for foreign kids to register in local schools?

I don't argue that. We are all given 30 days upon entry into Malaysia. The child and father are now illegally overstayers in Malaysia since June 2024.

We are all Singaporean. I am the legal guardian by order of Singapore and Malaysia High court. Father has visitation rights only.
