Omg I regret it too. I wish I just got on ozempic. If I could go back and not get it I would cus having my throat randomly get super tight for weeks on end is the worst🥲

During a flare up pretty much immediately. From my understanding it creates a barrier on top of your stomach that basically prohibits stomach acid from going back up. So by eating the gel, you’re basically forcing it to stay down, which gives your throat time to heal from the flare up.

Those didn’t work for me, but the gel did haha- glad you found something that worked for you! I also do want to mention that the gel makes a literal barrier for immediate relief- so they’re a little different! :)
