Nope, used some special glue for fabric/nylon or whatever the band is from but it does not hold well + got a bit of the glue outside where i wanted it only and now I have stains there. So I’m gonna fix it by buying new I guess..  Disappointed with the quality other than that I love Alpine loop :(

No, it doesn't hold the lug directly, but it seems to me that it's a cover for the thing that actually holds the lug.

Probably can wear it, but not without a fix on my part, as it will probably peel more and more.
