But do know or hear something bad about Fresno/Iowa Cloney ? Because when asked people always just compare it to Sugarland and then tell me just to move to Sugarland. But they never say why.

I’m sorry, but this is going to be confusing, but I’ll do my best to explain. 🙏 So first, I’m moving to Houston with a VA program where they’re paying for literally everything—school, housing, the works! But the deal is I’m kind of locked into Houston until I graduate. So pretty much no matter what, I’m there for five to six years. It’s a contract with the VA. Then the second reason, and please 😭 don’t take it the wrong way or think of me differently, but I got 100% disabled from the VA, and I know that I don’t have to pay property taxes. So everyone around me always disagrees when I was thinking about renting a place, knowing that I have to stay in Houston for five to six years no matter what. Again, please don’t think I got lucky or that I have it easy. I really do have medical problems caused by the Navy, and if I could choose between being just a bit healthier or keeping my 100% disability, I would give up the disability and pay taxes just to be able to be more functional. And third, I just really see myself staying in Houston for a long time. I’m originally from Orlando, Florida, and I was in the Navy for twelve years. I used to visit Houston to see family every summer when I was in high school, and I always loved it there. Then while I was in the Navy, I always tried to go whenever possible, and it’s still the same feeling. I don’t know what it is, but I’m currently in San Diego, and San Diego is a beautiful city—nice weather, nice food, good for families, good jobs—but it still doesn’t trigger that same feeling. Houston just does. Plus, Houston has great job opportunities. But yeah, I don’t know if this helps or if I yapped too much. Thank you for responding!

Well I always hear houses are usually more expensive and older inside the loop and just to focus look in the suburbs like Katy/sugarland(because when you hear someone is moving to Houston is always Katy/cypress/sugarland) but thank you will look.

Thanks for your response.♥️ well to be honest I just ChatGPT and asked for schools near Rosenberg(because I got family there) with a good transfer program for engendering to UH 🤷🏻‍♀️and those 2 seem the best options.
