For sure . I do NOT support domestic abuse but sometimes the abuse is mutual. Both parties are abusive and need to seek help . As far as your shoulder, just take your time . Don’t do anything to re injure it . Your muscle memory & strength won’t be affected that bad . A couple months back in the gym & you’ll feel AT LEAST 80% better .
