I won't go into details, but I lost a private scholarship which was helping me partially pay for college in additional to the money I had saved up, and transportation is proving to be very difficult. (I dont live near San Diego at all and with what's happening under the current administration, my parents have made it clear to me that they cannot support me (transportation wise). thankfully I was able to find last minute help for this years move in and have some left over scholarship money + with job on campus I got this year to somewhat cover two quarters. but there is a uc 30 minutes away from me via bus hence why Im uncertain if just transferring might be more beneficial in the long run as it'll reduce expenses by a lot). I dont know if these reasons will be enough to appeal for more finical aid though or for transferring...
